Verdure Wellness — Quebec Bilingual Launch

Challenge

A new Canadian wellness brand wanted to launch simultaneously in English and French but had no existing Shopify infrastructure. Their founder was bilingual but didn't know how to configure Shopify Markets or structure a bilingual store without duplicating product management work.

Solution

Built the full Shopify store from scratch using the Foundation Launch package — theme setup, core pages, mobile UX, and payment/shipping configuration — then layered on full Quebec French localization using Shopify Markets. Configured a single product catalog that serves both EN and FR storefronts with no duplicated admin work.

Result

Launched on schedule with a fully bilingual store. The brand's first month generated sales from both Ontario and Quebec, with 41% of orders coming from francophone customers — ahead of projections.
