Challenge

A French cosmetics brand had a Shopify store that looked polished on the surface but wasn't converting. Traffic was healthy from Instagram, but cart abandonment was above 80% and the checkout had multiple friction points — confusing shipping messaging, unclear return policy, and a slow load time caused by unoptimized apps.

Solution

Polish + Convert audit covering UX friction, trust signals, speed, and CRO. Identified 11 priority fixes including simplified checkout messaging, a visible returns policy on product pages, removal of three redundant apps reducing load time by 1.4 seconds, and trust badge placement above the fold.

Result

Cart abandonment dropped from 82% to 61% within 30 days of implementing the roadmap. Revenue per session increased by 34%. The brand implemented the full prioritized roadmap over six weeks, and is now proceeding to the Signature localization package for Quebec.
