Challenge

A European herbal wellness brand had an outdated Shopify store that wasn't optimized for French search and had a poor mobile experience. Their French product descriptions were thin and keyword-poor, and the store had never been properly configured for Shopify Markets — meaning pricing and localization were inconsistent.

Solution

Rebuilt the store under the Foundation Launch package with a mobile-first theme refresh and proper Shopify Markets configuration for France. Rewrote French product descriptions for 25 SKUs with France-specific SEO keywords. Rebuilt the navigation, collection pages, and checkout flow for a cleaner conversion path.
